Mandatory attendance at informational meetings on the benefits of mediation - including after the initiation of a trial before the Romanian Courts to be resolved such conflicts - is unconstitutional, the Constitutional Court decided in its meeting of 7th of May 2014.
Therefore, the Parties of a law suit shall not be any longer obliged to participate to an information meeting concerning the mediation’s advantages, to the detriment of proceeding to a judicial dispute, at the risk of Claim’s inadmissibility intervention otherwise.
