ORDER NO. 88/2013 FOR THE APPROVAL OF REGULATED TARIFFS CHARGED BY THE OPERATOR OF THE ENERGY MARKET

Order no. 88/2013 issued by the National Energy Regulatory Authority proposes the regulated tariff by the electricity market operator, applicable as of January 1, 2014, namely:

Component for registration to centralized markets, Tînscr 440 Lei/participant
Centralized management Component of administration of centralized markets, Tadmin for participants, except the manufacturers with Pi < 1 MW 10.100 Lei/participant/year
Component of administration of centralized markets, Tadmin, for the producers with Pi < 1MW 2.100 Lei/participant/year
Component for achieving transactions on centralized markets on which the electricity market operator is counterpart, Ttranz contraparte 0.40 Lei/traded unit
Component for achieving centralized markets in which the transaction electricity market operator is counterparty, Ttranz bilateral 0.05 Lei/traded unit
