By Order no. 89/2013, the National Energy Regulator Authority has approved the framework contract for the service of electricity transmission and system services between the National Transport Company Transelectrica SA and beneficiaries:
- the electricity generators for the electricity supplied from plants with installed capacity greater than 5 MW connected to the electricity transmission and distribution network, where applicable the tariff for transportation – component for input electricity in the network (TG),
- distribution system operators, for the electricity related to the technological consumption, where applicable the tariff for transportation – component for extracting electricity from the network (TL) and the system and service charges,
- the electricity suppliers for electricity sold to final customers, where applicable the tariff for transportation – component for extracting electricity from network (TL) and system and service charges,
- the final users who have the right to contract directly with the transport service, for the own consumption of electricity to which is applicable the tariff for transportation – component for extracting electricity from network (TL) and the system and service charges.
