ORDER NO. 74 OF 23 OCTOBER 2013 FOR THE APPROVAL OF THE PROCEDURE REGARDING THE PLUGGING IN FOR PROBATION AND THE TECHNICAL CERTIFICATION OF WIND AND PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER PLANTS AND THE CERTIFICATION OF TECHNICAL COMPLIANCE OF THE WIND AND PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER PLANTS AND THE ABROGATION OF PARAGRAPH (4) OF ART. 25 OF THE TECHNICAL NORM “TECHNICAL CONDITIONS FOR CONNECTION TO ELECTRIC NETWORKS OF PUBLIC INTEREST FOR PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER PLANTS“, APPROVED BY THE ORDER OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE NATIONAL AUTHORITY OF THE ENERGY FIELD REGULATORY NO. 30/2013

The Procedure regarding the plugging in for probation and the certification of technical compliance of the wind and photovoltaic power plants has been approved for establishing the criteria, the conduction and the process steps for implementing voltage probation of an wind and photovoltaic power plant and the certification/verification process of the wind and photovoltaic power plant compliance with the requirements of the technical norms for connection to public networks. For this procedure to be applicable is necessary that the installed power of the wind and photovoltaic power plants to be higher than 1 MW.
The deadlines acceptance procedures for power-up for the probation period of the power plants are different depending on their installed capacity.
