THE PROGRAM SRL-D IS INITIATED TO STIMULATE THE REGISTRATION AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF MICRO-COMPANIES AND OF THE EXISTING ECONOMICAL PERFORMANCES. IT OFFERS THE POSSIBILITY TO THE NEW ENTREPRENEURS TO OBTAIN NON-REIMBURSABLE FINANCING OF MAXIMUM 10.000 EUR, AMOUNT REPRESENTING MAXIMUM 50% OF THE VALUE OF THE ELIGIBLE EXPENSES. THE ELIGIBLE PERSONS ARE THOSE WHO DIDN’T CREATE AN ENTERPRISE AND WHO WEREN’T INVOLVED IN THE AREA OF BUSINESS.

By the Decision of the Government no. 679/2015, the program SRL-D was modified, being introduced new dispositions concerning the registration of the projects in this program.
In this regard, the registration of projects in this program shall be realized exclusively online, in half-yearly session of 15 calendar days.
The normative Act also establishes that the solicitors can benefit also from free assistance of the Territorial Office for Little and Medium Enterprises and Cooperation of the territorial area of the SRL-D, receiving conciliation, instructions and support.
Finally, another important modification concerns the age of the solicitor. The Decision eliminated the previous disposition, stipulating that the entrepreneurs should be at least 35. Consequently, there is no restriction concerning the age of the entrepreneur.
