CIRCULAR NO. 36/2013 REGARDING THE PENALTY INTEREST RATE FOR THE OBLIGATORY MINIMUM RESERVE DEFICITS IN NATIONAL CURRENCY STARTING WITH THE APPLICATION PERIOD 24 NOVEMBER – 23 DECEMBER 2013

The penalty interest rate for the obligatory minimum reserve deficits of the credit institution constituted in national currency shall be 10.50% per year, being implemented starting with the application period 24 October – 23 November 2013.
