ACCORDING TO THE ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF HEALTH NO. 1255/2015, THE PERSONS DOUBTFUL OF THE SYNDROME OF MODERATE OR DRASTIC APNEA IN SLEEP (THE TEMPORARY BREAK OF THE BREATHING) MUST OBTAIN A MEDICAL BILL BEFORE THE ISSUANCE OR THE RENEWAL OF THE DRIVING LICENSE.

The implementation of such a measure is the effect of the big number of car accidents generated by the syndrome of moderate or drastic apnea in sleep.
