The minimum gross salary guaranteed in payment for 2014 shall be as follows:
- for the period January 1, 2014 – 30th of June 2014 – 850 Lei monthly related to the complete work program of 168 hours per month, 5.059 RON/hour and
- from July 1, 2014 – 900 lei per month for a full-time program of 168 hours on average, respectively 5.357 l RON/ hour.
The minimum gross value of the minimum salary guaranteed in payment cannot be reduced in determining the appropriate remuneration salary of budget officials, the violation of the prohibition s attracting a fine of RON 1,000 to RON 2,000.
