COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) NO. 1081/2013 OF 31 OCTOBER 2013 FIXING THE IMPORT DUTIES IN THE CEREAL SECTOR APPLICABLE SINCE 01 NOVEMBER 2013

The Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) no. 1081/2013 establishes the import duties regarding the cereals sector, applicable, obligatory, to all Member States of the European Union.
The importer can benefit of fees reductions in pre-established conditions by the provisions of Art. 2 paragraph 4 of Rule (UE) no. 642/2010 of the Commission form 20 July 2010, namely:
  • EUR 3 /ton, in case that the port of uploading is located in the Mediterranean Sea (beyond the Strait of Gibraltar) or on the Black Sea, and the goods shall arrive on the territory of the Member States of the European Union via the Atlantic Ocean or by the Suez Canal and
  • EUR 2 /ton, if the goods are discharged in Denmark, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Finland, Sweden, United Kingdom or on the Atlantic coast of the
    Iberian Peninsula, with the condition that the goods to be transported in the European Union through the Atlantic Ocean.
Also, the import duties shall be reduced with EUR 24 /ton in case of flint corn transportation, reduction subordinated to the transformation of the cereal in one of the products identified under the codes NC 1904 10 10, 1103 13 or 1104 23, in within at most 6 months since the acceptation date of the free circulation release.
